Randy
Morrison has completed a B.Math in Pure & Applied
Mathematics. With over 20 years experience as a private
math tutor to UBC students, Randy has a thorough understanding
of the difficulties students regularly encounter in
learning calculus and of the best techniques to help
overcome them. Randy was also a Math Advisor at Douglas
College where he helped students from a wide variety
of mathematical backgrounds succeed in calculus and
other math courses. Randy is very familiar with the
steps professors look for in your solutions to exam
questions, and of the common mistakes that will cost
you marks. Randy's teaching style relies on clearly
relating problems to the concepts learned in class,
and showing you how to break problems down into a logical
sequence of smaller steps.
