Michelle Mattern
has completed an Hon. B.Sc. (with high distinction) in
Zoology and Biology and a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology.
Michelle has been tutoring high school and undergraduate
students in Biology for almost 10 years. This extensive
experience has given her a deep understanding of which
topics pose the most difficulty to students and the most
effective ways to tackle them. Her work as a TA and lecturer
in a variety of courses have given her insight into recurring
biological themes and how the application of those central
concepts solves problems. Michelle is a dynamic instructor
who makes learning enjoyable and, most importantly, wants
her students to succeed.
