Jordan Gibson  (Organic Chemistry)

Jordan Gibson scored 35 on the MCAT and he will be starting medical school at the University of British Columbia in 2014. Previous to this, he completed a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Chemistry at Acadia University. Throughout his degree Jordan maintained a 4.0 GPA, co-authored an article recently published in Inorganic Chemistry, and upon graduation, was awarded Acadia University?s Medal in Chemistry. Over the past two years he has gained experience as TA and tutor. Jordan strives to create a comfortable interactive environment where students ask questions and actively participate in lectures. While organic chemistry can often be a difficult topic for some, Jordan enjoys drawing connections between this subject and medicine to simplify concepts for students, aid in their understanding, and shed light on its clinical importance.
