Iman Ashour graduated from medical school
in 2000. After completing a year of medical internship, Iman was granted
a scholarship to specialize in the field of Anesthesia at Dalhousie
University. Iman has studied/trained in anesthesiology for seven years
which included conducting teaching sessions to medical and nursing students
as well as junior residents. Iman's mode of teaching is based on interactive
and problem solving techniques. She believes that a good teacher is
a good communicator, a good listener, a problem solver, and a friend.
