Matthew Ross
has completed a B.S. in Pure Mathematics, a B.S.
(Honors) in Physics, an M.S. in Physics, and he is working
on a Ph.D. in Applied Physics. Matthew strives to help
students understand abstract concepts by showing how
they apply to real-life examples. He believes this approach
works especially well in Mathematics courses where abstract
concepts are often taught without many applications,
despite the wide-ranging utility of fields such as Calculus.
