Erin Porter has a B.Sc. (With Distinction) in Mathematics, a B.A. (First Class Standing) in Honours English, and a B.Ed. (First Class) in Mathematics and English at the Intermediate and Senior levels. Erin's B.A./B.Sc. program earned her the Governor General's academic medal at the University of Calgary. Erin has also tutored over 985 hours of mathematics since 2001 and has an excellent understanding of the difficulties students run into in the subject of math. As a tutor and a trained teacher, she focuses on problem-solving techniques and has helped many students prepare for tests and exams. Erin values questions and feedback from students and enjoys making math more accessible.
